1. What should be done before assembling a DIY battery pack?
DIY battery packs must get the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. The cells should be tested within 15 days of arrival. Returns are only provided for unused batteries (intact electrodes, no welding, no wear, and excellent appearance). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. What happens if there is missing or damaged cargo during shipping?
Please contact us first and send a picture or video. In case of lost cargo or if the battery is damaged and cannot be used safely, we will communicate options to resend, replace, or refund the product cost. If returning, the buyer pays for return shipping.
3. Do you test each battery prior to shipping?
Yes, each battery is tested. Capacity test error margin is less than 2% and meets or exceeds the nominal capacity. Voltage deviation is less than 0.01V, and internal resistance deviation is less than 0.05mΩ.
4. Do the batteries come with busbars and bolts?
Yes, the cells come with free busbars and bolts or studs. Each battery includes 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs.
5. Which situations do not qualify for a return or refund?
We do not offer returns or refunds for assembly errors (e.g., incorrect BMS wiring leading to damage, charger failure, unbalanced assembly) or damage caused by user error (e.g., battery bulge, welding, or lack of BMS protection causing damage during charging).
6. How can I place an order?
We accept trade assurance orders online. For Ready to Ship (RTS) products with clear shipping costs, you can place orders and pay directly. Alternatively, provide your shipping details to our sales team to create an online order for you. Note that these are prototype batteries without a protection board, so you must purchase a matching BMS separately.
